SPIN

A low impact, high intensity fat burning cycling experience that improves your cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone. Throughout the class, you’ll pedal at varying speeds and resistance settings while basing the spin experience on musicality, motivtaion and correct technique.

GLUTEGAINS

A high-intensity, glute-focused class designed to help you build and tone your glute muscles. This class combines a variety of exercises such as squats, lunges, and hip thrusts to target the glutes from all angles, while also improving overall strength and conditioning. Led by our expert coaches in a supportive and motivating environment, GluteGains is the ultimate workout for anyone looking to sculpt and strengthen their glutes.

BOXFIT

Based on the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit. Classes may involve a variety of aerobic exercises such as shadow-boxing, focus pad work, skipping and punch bag training.

LIFT

Weight training class which provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to adapt, get stronger and build muscular endurance whilst maintaining tempo and control.

FOUNDATIONS

Teaches you the basics of the 5 main functonal movement patterns. You will learn different variations of the squat hinge, lunge, push and pull patterns. Each class will focus on one of these movements at a tome and will help you gain the confidence to use free weights on your own.

ATTACK

Involves repeated rounds of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. Exercises can include a variety of body weight, free weights, medicine balls and battle ropes to increase your endurance and cardio fitness.

CORE

Designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of floor exercises that both strengthen and tone the abdomen.

CIRCUIT

Full body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit styles format (station to station), similar to HIIT (high intensity interval training).
