Dominic Wong-Toi - Manager

Meet Dominic, a dedicated personal trainer with a NASM Certified Personal Training Qualification and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of Auckland.

With a passion for hypertrophy and strength training, Dominic specialises in helping clients build muscle, gain strength, and lose fat. His coaching approach is fun, challenging, and personable, focusing on both physical and mental skills. Dominic's experience includes working with university students and conducting a comprehensive fitness and psychological programme for an elite golfer.

Inspired by his own transformation from being unfit, Dominic is committed to guiding clients of all ages towards a healthier lifestyle.

Sara Aziz

Sara is passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals and rediscover their confidence.

With a background in lacrosse and starting her own fitness journey at home with no equipment, Sara understands the challenges of getting started and knows how to create effective workouts for any environment.

She specialises in:

• Weight Loss: Helping clients achieve incredible results, including one client losing nearly 15kg in just 9 weeks.

• Post-Injury Fitness: Supporting clients returning to the gym after an injury.

• Women’s Group Training: Providing a supportive and empowering environment for women to train and grow stronger together.

Sara’s coaching style is supportive and goal-driven, focusing on helping clients overcome challenges both inside and outside the gym. Her ultimate goal? To make you feel happier, healthier, and more confident in yourself.

Renil Rajesh

Meet Renil Rajesh, an enthusiastic and dedicated personal trainer at FUSE Blanchardstown. Renil's fitness journey began at a young age through his involvement in football, where he played for numerous clubs in Dublin. While pursuing his passion for the gym, he acquired qualifications in fitness instruction and personal training, holding a QQI Level 6 Diploma in Sports Nutrition and Weight Management. Renil has plenty of expertise teaching clients at all levels and is now pursuing a BSc in Sports Therapy to expand his knowledge. He specialises in fat loss, hypertrophy training and sports-related training. His main objective is to help clients reach their fitness goals in a way that is sustainable.

Dillon Joshua

Meet Dillon, a certified personal trainer with qualifications from the National Training Centre in Dublin and Trifocus Fitness Academy in South Africa.

Dillon's expertise in strength training, nutrition, and program design is backed by internationally recognised certifications.

With years of experience, he has worked with clients ranging from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts, tailoring his approach to individual goals.

Specialising in fat loss, muscle building, and lifestyle transformation, Dillon focuses on structured programs that deliver sustainable results.

His coaching style is supportive, structured, and results-driven, empowering clients to feel strong and confident in their bodies.
