Based on the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit. Classes involve shadow-boxing, focus pad work, skipping and punch bag training for a full-body cardio workout.

Weight training class that challenges your muscles to adapt, get stronger and build muscular endurance while maintaining tempo and control throughout every rep.

Foundations

Learn the basics of the 5 main functional movement patterns: squat, hinge, lunge, push and pull. Each class focuses on one movement to help you gain the confidence to use free weights on your own.

HIIT

Repeated rounds of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. Using body weight, free weights, medicine balls and battle ropes to boost your endurance and cardio fitness.

Designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through a variety of floor exercises that both strengthen and tone the abdomen.
