With over a decade of fitness experience, Dean is a qualified personal trainer holding an LAO Level 3 Certificate / NVQ Diploma in Personal Training (QCF).

His journey into fitness began at 19, and in 2024 he truly committed to prioritising health and fitness, embracing hypertrophy training for its structured approach and visible progression in strength and muscle growth.

Dean’s coaching style is supportive, motivational, and personalised. He specialises in fat loss and muscle gain — helping clients build strength, confidence, and overall well-being.

Hi, I’m Jonathon — your fitness instructor here at FUSE Bray. I’ve been a member of FUSE Bray for over three years and have been fortunate enough to meet so many great people, both staff and members.

I’ve trained across a range of styles — hypertrophy, strength training, flexibility work, and endurance training — which has given me an insight into how and why you should train in a specific way.

My current focus is strength training with the main goal of becoming as strong as possible while maintaining proper technique — proving that you don’t need to rely on ego to lift heavy weight. If you ever need advice, feel free to talk to me at the desk or on the gym floor.

Mukul is a certified Personal Trainer (National Diploma, OriGym) and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance. But what really sets him apart is the lived experience — Mukul has been on the exact journey you’re standing at the start of, going from fat to fit himself.

Specialising in fat loss and body recomposition, Mukul designs personalised training and nutrition plans built around your life, your schedule, and your goals — not a one-size-fits-all template.

Results speak for themselves: both male and female clients have lost up to 10 kg in their first 12 weeks with Mukul — not through crash diets, but through a process that teaches you how your body works. His real mission is to make himself redundant. By the time you finish your programme, you won’t need him anymore.
