With over a decade of fitness experience, I am a qualified personal trainer holding an LAO Level 3 Certificate/NVQ Diploma in Personal Training (QCF). My journey into fitness began at 19, but it was in 2024 that I truly committed to prioritizing health and fitness, embracing hypertrophy training for its structured approach and visible progression in strength and muscle growth. I have successfully trained a diverse range of clients, with notable success among male clients aged 20-45. My ideal client is someone motivated and ready to embrace positive change, regardless of their starting point. Whether the goal is weight loss, strength building, improved mobility, or increased confidence, I am passionate about helping those ready to invest in themselves.

I became a personal trainer because of my passion for fitness and the incredible benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I find immense joy in helping clients achieve their goals, whether it’s enhancing strength, confidence, or overall well-being. Witnessing positive transformations is incredibly fulfilling, and I enjoy fostering meaningful relationships while supporting clients on their journey. Jonathon Gaskin

Hello, I am Jonathon your fitness instructor here at Fuse Bray. I have been a member of Fuse Bray for just over three years, during this time I have been fortunate enough to meet so many great people, both staff & members.

Over the years I have experience with a range of styles of training, hypertrophy, strength training, flexibility work & endurance training. Due to my experience with these training styles, they have provided me with an insight into how & why you should be training in a specific way. My current focus is strength training with the main goal becoming as strong as possible while maintaining proper technique to prove that you do not need to rely on ego to lift heavy weight.

Mukul Kataria is a certified Personal Trainer (National Diploma, OriGym) and holds a fully completed Level 5 Diploma in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance.
