Zenon Jagiela
Meet Zenon, the club manager at FUSE Newbridge, with an impressive array of qualifications, including Exxentric Flywheel Instructor and a Diploma in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Barcelona.
Zenon's coaching experience spans working with athletes from go-karting to surfing, and he currently coaches professional surfers for VANS Europe.
He also supports everyday individuals in achieving fitness goals.
With a rich background in international baseball and hockey, Zenon believes in the power of fitness for mental stability.
His target market includes young athletes and middle-aged professionals, focusing on sports-specific movement, fat loss, and body transformation. His coaching style is exciting, passionate, and evolutional.
Gerard Eady
Meet Gerard, the Manager of FUSE Newbridge and a dedicated coach with a passion for fitness and community. Holding a Level 8 Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies and Marketing, Gerard combines his academic background with his love for helping people achieve their fitness goals.
With over five years of training experience, including two years focused on bodybuilding and an impressive career as an eight-time back-to-back Irish archery champion, Gerard brings discipline and expertise to his coaching. His specialities lie in fat loss and muscle gain, helping clients achieve sustainable results while optimising their progress.

Seán Beatty
Meet Seán, a dedicated Fitness Instructor with a Level 2 RQF in fitness instruction and currently completing his Level 3 RQF PT qualification.
Specialising in powerlifting coaching and strength and conditioning training, Seán has guided numerous clients to success, with several achieving national accolades and representing Ireland internationally.
With over five years of strength training experience and competitive powerlifting participation, Seán is preparing for his first international competition.
He is passionate about working with clients aged 17-23, relating to their lifestyle and experiences, and helping them reach their goals.
Seán's coaching style is constructive, meaningful, and effective, aiming to empower clients through his expertise and passion for strength training.
Daniel Namyslo
Meet Daniel, a dedicated personal trainer with a QQI Level 5 qualification in Sports Recreation and Exercise, completed at St. Conleth's Community College, Newbridge.
With a background in coaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and strength and conditioning, Daniel has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Over nine years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and two years in the gym, he has gained 20kg of muscle and invaluable experience.
Daniel specialises in fat loss, body transformation, muscle gain, and strength training. His fun, motivating, and enjoyable coaching style is designed to help anyone become the best version of themselves.
Lauren Kelly
Meet Lauren, a highly qualified and versatile coach with EQF Level 4 Personal Training and Level 3 Fitness and Group Instruction certifications. Lauren brings a wealth of specialized knowledge to FUSE, including certifications in Disability Inclusion, Autism in Sport, and Child Protection, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all.
Lauren has a proven track record of delivering impressive results, from helping a new mother lose 2 stone in just three months to guiding an athlete through a successful body transformation—dropping body fat from 20% to 10% while gaining 5 lbs of muscle. Having started her own journey at 17, Lauren understands the initial intimidation of the weights section and the importance of proper nutrition. She is now dedicated to providing the clear, honest guidance she wished she had when she started.
