Luan Soares - Manager

Meet Luan Soares, a dedicated personal trainer at FUSE Smithfield with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Luan holds a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education/Sport Science, which took five years of college and graduated from Paulista University in Brazil in 2018.

He specialises in weight loss and mental health and enjoys helping clients begin or improve their relationship with the gym routine and develop a fitness lifestyle they can maintain. Luan's coaching experience includes helping clients recover from pregnancy and glandular/hormonal problems to achieve their weight loss goals. He also specialises in middle-aged clients who want to complete their first marathon. Luan's fitness experience began in high school when a classmate's comment about his weight motivated him to start lifting and working on endurance.

As a personal trainer, he enjoys the challenge of keeping himself motivated after a long, busy day and finding ways to prioritise his training routine. Luan's coaching style is dynamic, strategic, and motivating, and he believes that exercise allows people to discover more about themselves and improve other areas of their lives.

Sara Aziz

Sara is passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals and rediscover their confidence.

With a background in lacrosse and starting her own fitness journey at home with no equipment, Sara understands the challenges of getting started and knows how to create effective workouts for any environment.

She specialises in:

• Weight Loss: Helping clients achieve incredible results, including one client losing nearly 15kg in just 9 weeks.

• Post-Injury Fitness: Supporting clients returning to the gym after an injury.

• Women’s Group Training: Providing a supportive and empowering environment for women to train and grow stronger together.

Sara’s coaching style is supportive and goal-driven, focusing on helping clients overcome challenges both inside and outside the gym. Her ultimate goal? To make you feel happier, healthier, and more confident in yourself.

Bruna Silva

Meet Bruna Silva, personal trainer at FUSE Smithfield club. Graduated in Sports Science, with four years of college and graduated from the State University of Campinas in Brazil in 2017.

Additionally, she specialized in team sports at the University of Coimbra, Portugal Bruna is fully qualified and specialized in helping clients lose weight, develop healthy habits and also in injury recovery. Bruna's fitness experience began since her childhood, always opting for activities and games that kept her body moving.

Always motivated to help people, she spares no effort to serve the people with the best, caring through sport and physical exercise. With a lot of dynamism, responsibility and commitment, Bruna believes in Physical Education as a path of transformation from the inside out, where you find the best in yourself.

Shoosha Alrawi

Meet Shoosha, a certified personal trainer from Image Fitness College with qualifications in Fitness Instruction, Group Instruction, and Personal Training.

Specialising in fat loss and muscle gain, Shoosha is passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Having lost over 30kg since starting their own fitness journey in 2021, Shoosha understands the challenges and rewards of personal transformation.

Meet Victoria, a passionate and dedicated personal trainer with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from UNIFIEO, Brazil. With over eight years of experience in fitness instruction, Victoria excels in creating personalised training programmes and leading group classes. Her expertise lies in functional training, weight loss, and hypertrophy, with a strong emphasis on correct form and motivation.

Victoria began her fitness journey at the age of 15 and has been committed to helping clients improve their lives through fitness ever since. She thrives on meeting new clients and guiding them to achieve their goals, encouraging them to challenge themselves and step out of their comfort zones.

Rhys Donohoe

Meet Rhys, a dedicated personal trainer with a Level 6 qualification in personal training and sports massage.

With two years of coaching experience, Rhys has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those recovering from injuries such as broken bones and brain injuries.

His fitness journey began at 13, with a passion for rugby and MMA training. Rhys became a personal trainer to help clients overcome self-limiting beliefs and achieve their goals.

Specialising in 8-week transformations, muscle gain, and fat loss, he targets 16 to 26-year-olds with sports backgrounds or those seeking rapid weight loss.

His coaching style is intense, effective, and efficient.

Raquel Nascimento

Meet Raquel, a Level 3 Practitioner in Personal Training, certified since December 2024 through Learn GymCert Ireland/UK.

With a passion for helping others, Raquel focuses on empowering women to achieve weight loss, hypertrophy, and improved well-being.

Her background in boxing and mixed martial arts, paired with a love for sports like capoeira and outdoor activities, fuels her energetic and creative coaching style.

Alan Grace
