43.
All membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund is approved at the Club's absolute discretion.
44.
Statutory cooling-off period. Where a membership is purchased online, the member has 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund. A member may cancel within this period by any clear statement to that effect, including by email to hello@fusegym.ie.
45.
No administration or processing fee is deducted from a refund made under clause 44.
46.
Where the member has expressly asked for their membership to begin during the cooling-off period and has used the Club before cancelling, the Club may deduct a proportionate amount for the use taken. Refunds under clause 44 are issued within 14 days of the Club being informed of the cancellation.
47.
Discretionary refunds. Where a refund is approved at the Club's discretion outside the cooling-off period, a 5.6% administration and card processing fee is deducted, calculated on the original transaction value. This fee covers non-recoverable charges incurred by the Club from its payment processors when collecting and refunding payments.
48.
