With a personal best bench press of 200kgs, Majid combines extensive cardio and weight training expertise to deliver results-driven workouts.

His coaching style is hardcore, focusing on pushing limits and achieving goals.

Anne-Marie Walsh

Annemarie’s niche is to maximize calorie uptake whilst minimizing additional body fat and to maintain that for as long as possible. She believes that through proper nutrition and exercise that we can balance our hormone levels, promote good thyroid function and a healthy metabolism.

Meet Antonio, a dedicated fitness professional with a QQI Level 5 in Sport and Recreation, a Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness, and qualifications in Occupational First Aid and National Pool Lifeguarding. With a lifelong passion for football and athletics, Antonio brings a wealth of experience in coaching athletes, particularly football players, through pre-season, in-season, and general fitness programmes.

Antonio's fitness journey began at a young age with gymnastics and swimming, transitioning to football, where he continues to play and coach. His diverse background includes involvement in six-a-side teams and various athletic pursuits like swimming, cycling, and running to maintain peak fitness.

Driven by a love for fitness and health, Antonio is committed to helping others transform their bodies and enhance athletic performance. His target market includes youths and football players, but his expertise extends to anyone seeking to achieve their fitness goals.

With experience coaching males aged 20-25, Emmet enjoys guiding clients to gain muscle and lose fat.

His fitness journey began in 2023, focusing on powerlifting and resistance training.

Emmet's dedication led to a 2nd place finish at the February Power Lifting Open in Cork and a 6th place at the Irish Nationals in Dublin.
