Emmet's dedication led to a 2nd place finish at the February Power Lifting Open in Cork and a 6th place at the Irish Nationals in Dublin.

Meet Jasmina, a dedicated coach with a Level 4 Nutrition qualification from OriGym.

Since starting her fitness journey four years ago, Jasmina has transitioned from a recreational gym-goer to a competitive athlete, successfully adding 20kg of lean muscle to her frame.

Having overcome personal struggles with disordered eating, she deeply understands the profound impact that proper nutrition and structured training have on both physical health and mental well-being.

Jasmina is passionate about helping women aged 18–35 build quality muscle, improve metabolic health—allowing for weight loss while eating more—and achieve specific goals like glute development. Her coaching style is motivating, nonjudgmental, and energetic.

Meet Kieran, a dedicated personal trainer with Level 4 Personal Training and Level 3 Gym Instruction qualifications from Origym.

Kieran’s fitness journey began four years ago, transitioning from contact sports to the gym, where he discovered the power of community and the thrill of hitting major milestones like a 100kg bench press. Recently, he has evolved his training to include Hyrox and functional fitness.

Having started his own journey without a support system, Kieran is passionate about being that guide for others. He specializes in helping "gym-shy" newcomers find their confidence and has already helped clients achieve significant results, including a 20kg weight loss transformation. With expertise in fat loss, muscle gain, and functional training, Kieran is committed to improving both the physical and mental well-being of his clients.
